设置 → 修改审查: light/dark tabs, 12 colors each (add/del backgrounds & text, context rows, gutters, tab badge), preset buttons, persisted in localStorage
State file: ~/.dsh/profiles/ /diff-review-state.json (delete to reset recorded history)
