配置（DSH「设置」→「插件配置」，卡片式）

配置以可折叠卡片注册在 DSH 原生 设置 → 插件配置（settings.plugin.item，key notifier），由客户端组件渲染（fetch 型，非 schema 自动渲染）。配置文件默认 ~/.dsh/dsh-notifier.json，可在「设置 → 插件配置」直接改（写回落盘）；迁移时以现有 ~/.dsh/dsh-notifier.json 作为 DSH 设置服务 base 层，不丢配置。配置结构：
