MCP manager for DeepSeek Harness (DSH): a settings-page panel to enable/disable mcp-client server instances; disabled servers are disconnected and their tools hidden from every agent at runtime, while staying visible and restorable in the management list. Ships as a dsh bundle (auto-mounted patch layer) with a plugins-page management card.
