whalebuddy — DeepSeek Harness 桌面宠物感知层插件：把 DSH 状态折叠成桌面宠物画面（舷窗），提供 GUI 真焦点（聚焦会话工作区）上报与 per-workspace 项目待办（todos.json + WS command 通道 + 宠物面板），并在 DSH「设置 → 插件 → 插件配置」提供启动/运行状态配置（开机自启、DSH 启动自启、皮肤） 适合Windows用户，通过独立Tauri宠物窗口管理项目待办并感知会话状态。

配置入口：
- DSH GUI「设置 → 插件 → 插件配置」→「🐋 桌面宠物 whalebuddy」卡片（v0.2 起，
client/client.js注册进settings.plugin.item插槽，与 Host 侧whalebuddy设置命名空间同名配对；保存走官方 settingsScope 通道） - 桌面壳右键菜单 →「🐋 whalebuddy 设置…」（默认浏览器打开）
