开始使用

需要官方最新版本 DeepSeek Harness 和具有客户查询、渠道发送权限的 3Chat 组织账号。

  1. 在 3Chat 国内站 准备业务空间、连接渠道；需要自主接待时，配置该渠道的 Agent、知识和转人工规则。

  2. 打开 DSH「插件 → 添加插件」，粘贴最新安装包的完整地址，安装后启用：

    https://github.com/3ChatAI-NCT/3chatai-deepseek-harness-plugin/releases/latest/download/3chat-customer-growth.tgz

  3. 打开“3Chat 私域客户运营”，点击“连接 3Chat”，在浏览器登录目标组织账号并授权。

  4. 返回对话，先查询一个已知客户，再准备一条跟进草稿。

使用 GitHub Release 的预构建包，无需编译。升级时先卸载，再使用上述地址安装新版。自行构建见开发说明。

插件随 DSH 界面语言选择服务：中文连接国内服务，其他语言连接海外服务；两端分别授权。上传和发送还需通过 DSH 的本次执行确认。客户与渠道可见范围遵循组织授权。

  • 使用指南：空间与回复能力准备、完整跟进示例、连接与发送常见问题。
  • 开发说明：源码构建、宿主兼容范围、工具接口和社区收录准备。

当前插件提供客户／会话／群查询、上下文读取、附件上传、单发与批量发送，以及批次状态查询。品牌库、定时活动、持续跟进任务控制和收入归因属于更广的产品规划；本插件的现有工具范围见开发说明。
