LLM session-id header injection for DeepSeek Harness: registers a provider route whose requests carry the live session id in a configurable HTTP header, reusing the pi-ai openai-completions wire implementation so a gateway can correlate every request with its dsh session. 适合跨服务追踪归属场景；需先配置源 provider，再将默认提供方指向会话路由。

通用配置（网关、凭据、模型、推理档位）只写一份——就在 llm-pi-ai 的 providers 里。插件自身只声明需要生成哪些 session 路由，以及会话 header 名；其余一切（baseURL、apiKeyEnv、headers、models、reasoning、reasoningEfforts）都从 source provider 继承：
