装好即用。在 herdr pane 里启动 dsh-tui，侧边栏即出现 dsh-tui 的状态行。
/herdr— 查看 pane id、上报来源与状态映射/herdr ping— 发送一条测试上报（state=idle）
只上报顶层会话事件；子代理（subagent）会话不产生上报，与官方 web 端行为一致。
