0.2.1 主人免配置

Memory 默认主人标识为 owner。Channel Core 0.4.3 在 Discord/飞书收到首位符合渠道接收规则的私聊用户时自行持久认领，不要求用户另行填写 ownerIdentityId 或 identityLinks。只有该渠道现任主人使用对应 Session 才能自动召回个人记忆；更换主人后按新的 owner 表立即撤销旧主人的记忆访问。
