- 输入框工具行、模型切换器左侧出现档位按钮（默认「正常发挥」）；
- 点击弹出滑块：拖动或点击刻度选择档位，松手即生效；面板保持打开，点击面板外任意区域关闭；
- 每会话记忆各自档位；
- 聊天输入框可直接使用命令：
/autonomy status— 查看当前会话有效档位（含是否覆盖默认）；/autonomy wild— 直接切换档位（strict|heed|normal|creative|wild）；/autonomy reset— 清除会话覆盖，回到全局默认。
