Provides ctx.geoResearchAgentLifecycle.resume(). The wrapper rejects delegated
sessions inside ResumeAgentOptions.setup, resolves durable identity through
resolveSessionPreset(), mounts the managed preset, and rechecks live identity
in the synchronous publication commit.
