dsh-session-handoff

DSH 会话交接：上下文压力智能提醒 + 记忆保全式接力（总结 → 新会话继承 → 归档老会话），并能在会话已超上游 token 上限、原生压缩永久失败时把它救回来。适合长对话用户，在Token超限时自动总结、继承并开启新会话以防中断。

Neither ceiling is configured. The model window is read from the model configuration the session is actually using, so it follows a model switch with no setting touched. The upstream request limit is a property of the account behind a route and appears in no model configuration, so the plugin carries the value measured on this machine as its default; it is available as policy.upstreamPromptLimit for a deployment that measures a different one.
