作为 DeepSeek Harness 插件使用（npm 包 dsh-doc2md）

仓库根下同时就是一个 npm 包 dsh-doc2md：给 DeepSeek Harness（dsh）注册一个 doc2md 工具，让 agent 能把文档直接转成 Markdown。插件本身不含任何文档解析器， 只是对本机已安装的 doc2md CLI 的一层确定性桥接。
