工具作用说明
cdp_launch / cdp_close起/停一个隔离 Chromium（独立临时 profile + 调试端口）不影响用户自己的浏览器
win_activateShowWindow(SW_RESTORE) + SetForegroundWindow抢焦点
win_send_keysmode: post 安全投递；mode: input 用 SendInput 真注入input 模式抢焦点

配置

captureDir:    截图目录，默认 %TEMP%\dsh-win-control
captureKeep:   保留最近 N 张，默认 200
uiaMaxNodes:   win_uia_tree 默认节点预算，默认 400
uiaTimeoutMs:  UIA 单次超时，默认 20000
powershellPath: 自定义 PowerShell
cdpPort:       cdp_* 默认调试端口，默认 9222
cdpTimeoutMs:  CDP 超时，默认 10000
browserPath:   cdp_launch 用的浏览器，默认自动探测 Chrome/Edge
provideSkill:  是否注册随包 skill，默认 true
