配置

字段	默认	说明
`port`	`7800`	监听端口
`host`	`127.0.0.1`	容器内用 `0.0.0.0`(patch 已配好)
`token`	env `KOINROKKA_BRIDGE_TOKEN`	必填,fail closed:没有就拒绝启动
`maxTokensAsSuccess`	`false`	透传给 stdio server 同名选项

鉴权:Authorization: Bearer 头或 ?token= 查询参数。失败 close code 4401。
