dsh-luxar-embedded-core

LUXAR 嵌入式插件的公共生命周期 owner 与稳定数据契约。该包不单独面向模型注册工具， 由 dsh-luxar-espidf 或 dsh-luxar-stm32 的 bundle 在适配器之前加载。

一个工程只能声明一个活动平台。第二个平台适配器调用 claimPlatform() 时会以 platform_conflict 失败；适配器卸载后声明自动释放，并等待其交互式串口会话关闭。

当前公共实现包含受控子进程、输出脱敏、环境净化、串口名校验、交互式串口会话、 Python 网关及其进程树生命周期、GCC/CMake 诊断，以及 ToolchainSnapshot、 ProjectSpec、BuildArtifact 契约。公共数据默认位于 %DSH_HOME%/data/luxar-embedded；旧 ESP 数据根只补缺失项，不覆盖也不删除。
