⚠️ 改为
0.0.0.0会把（受密钥保护的）只读/聊天口暴露到局域网。内网 HTTP 为明文，建议仅在可信网络使用；对安全有要求请走 Tailscale。手机接入前务必先在「设置 → Link」里生成连接密钥。
