切换按顺序执行：
创建/更新 OpenRouter preset

写入 DSH OpenRouter 模型条目

session.selectModel 切换当前会话
↓
保存为 DSH 默认模型
已经组装完成的请求不会被中途改写；切换从下一次请求开始生效。
