Order and disclosure for the DSH left sidebar, driven by what is actually running: a workspace with a running session floats to the top and opens itself, an idle workspace stays folded. Five switches, each reversible.

Folds the sidebar's add-on panel rows (schedules, agent teams, plugin market, context pages, …) under the shipped "More" row: a 28×28 square toggle collapses them to that single header line and expands them back. The fold state persists per window, kept-visible rows are picked from the live sidebar, and the managed rows' icon + label can be aligned left, centre or right.

把 DSH 侧边栏的全局面板行折叠成一个「插件大全」入口，恢复工作区可视高度。纯客户端插件，零依赖，不需要构建链。
