dsh-sticker-dict

DeepSeek-Harness (dsh) plugin: keeps a sticker dictionary keyed by content sha256 so an image already explained is recalled instead of re-read, and splits a GIF into evenly sampled frames laid out as one contact sheet so the vision model sees the whole animation. 适合需要缓存已解释图片以节省Token，或将GIF动图抽帧送入视觉模型分析的用户。
