Model-provider quota display for the dsh web GUI: a settings section plus a sidebar live panel (60s auto-refresh) listing every configured provider and its account balance, fetched host-side from each provider's balance endpoint (DeepSeek / OpenAI / Moonshot / Zhipu / OpenRouter / SiliconFlow / Z.AI coding). API keys are resolved host-side only and never reach the browser. Hot-pluggable — mounted via a profile bundle patch + node_modules link, no dsh source changes.

在「模型」页配置至少一个支持余额查询的供应商及其 API 密钥
实时面板：点击侧边栏底部的「模型额度」图标，面板自动刷新余额；「全部刷新」可手动立即刷新
设置页：「设置 → 模型额度」查看每个供应商的详细额度与更新时间
