DSH plugin: supervise long-running services (dev servers, watchers, mock APIs) in a detached broker process so they survive conversation turn end, session close, and DSH restarts. Ships its own Service tab (registered into better-sidebar's extension API) plus service_start/service_stop/service_restart/service_list/service_logs model tools. One package — publish dsh-launch alone; better-sidebar only hosts the tab.
