dsh-stream-timeout-fix

DSH host plugin for third-party/self-hosted OpenAI-compatible endpoints: replace undici's default 300s body/headers timeouts so long silent gaps in LLM SSE streams no longer die as misleading 'TypeError: terminated' (TRANSPORT) errors. No retry logic included. 适合使用第三方或自建API，常因SSE流长时间静默导致连接报错的用户。

Configuration

Setting	Default	Where
`bodyTimeoutMs`	`1800000`	patch row `config`, or env `DSH_STREAM_TIMEOUT_BODY_MS`
`headersTimeoutMs`	`600000`	patch row `config`, or env `DSH_STREAM_TIMEOUT_HEADERS_MS`

Set either to 0 to disable that clock entirely (not recommended globally — you lose the last-resort reclamation of dead sockets).
