- 将 my-skin 文件夹放入 deepseek-harness/ 根目录
- 在 deepseek-harness 根目录执行： pnpm dsh plugin --profile web add -w ./my-skin
- 重启 dsh web
- 打开「设置 → 通用」的 my-skin 区域切换皮肤
