配置 API Key

登录或注册玉盘·伊辛云。
进入 设置 → API → 创建API，创建个人 API Key。
让 Agent 调用 isingq_api_key_setup，在操作系统私密输入框中填写 Key。

API Key 保存在本机私有文件中，只用于 IsingQ API 的 HTTPS 鉴权。它不会进入 Agent 对话、工具参数、DSH Profile 配置、Issue 或日志。
