Install into a DSH profile, then create the dedicated preset:
dsh plugin --profile web add @pirate-608/dsh-renpy-visual-novel-dev
dsh plugin --profile web exec dsh-renpy-visual-novel-dev preset install
dsh plugin --profile web exec dsh-renpy-visual-novel-dev doctor
