dsh-media-inline-preview

All-in-one inline media for DeepSeek Harness chat: ```mip-img / ```mip-video / ```mip-audio fences render images (cards + lightbox + grids, TGA→PNG), native <video> and <audio> players right inside the message (house pattern of img-preview/dsh-mermaid/pbr-render). Image route whole-reads local workspace images; media route streams with HTTP Range seeking and an ffmpeg transcode fallback (cached) for containers browsers cannot play (mkv/avi/flv/wma...). Trust-fenced (loopback + webRuntime.trustedHosts) so LAN/mobile access keeps working. Supersedes the separate img-preview + video/audio fence plugins. 适合频繁查看生成或引用媒体内容的对话场景，需消息中输出对应媒体围栏或由模型自动触发。

使用

安装后零配置：会话中出现或产出图片/视频/音频时，agent 自动先调 mip_img / mip_media 再发围栏，卡片/播放器直接出现在消息里。也可以手写上面的围栏。
