DSH HTML-artifact plugin: an `artifact` tool (create/patch/read/destroy/list) whose HTML documents render live in a sandboxed iframe in the GUI. The model PATCHES an artifact by id (edit-style old_string/new_string replacement) instead of resending the whole document; each settled patch updates the live preview in place. Pure extension: the `card: 'artifact'` render intent rides presentResult and a keyed `tool.call.toolview` atomic view — no harness core changes.

Toggleable by the claude-vision-skill directory's presence: skill enabled = vision-skill flow, skill disabled = native vision model.
