四个键都有默认值，config: {} 即可直接使用。插件不导出 Config schema（DSH 的 Config 描述依赖
@deepseek-ai/schemastery，而 linked bundle 在本构建里解析不到宿主包），因此这里由插件自己归一化与
校验：非法的 timeoutMs 会被忽略并回落到 60000，cache 只认布尔语义。
