dsh-remote-frp

trustedHosts：把插件配置里的 trustedHosts 清空，受管块会被自动移除（有 .bak-remote-frp 备份）

服务器：systemctl disable --now frps caddy（或 nginx），删 /etc/frp 与站点配置
