dsh-ping
Minimal DSH observer plugin: Telegram ping when a question/approval is waiting or a turn completes. Notification-only — no answering surface, no tools, no state. 适合需要离线挂机运行任务的用户，通过Telegram机器人实时接收状态提醒。
