Keeps the outermost dsh workspace groups ordered by their newest child-session activity: every committed session event refreshes the owning workspace's recency rank and the plugin rewrites the durable registry order through the official insertBefore API (the same path a manual drag uses), so the sidebar reshuffles live and the order survives restarts. Host-only: the GUI already reacts to the workspace-changed broadcast, no browser bundle needed. 适合拥有多个工作区，需要侧边栏根据活跃度实时自动重排的用户。
