Control a remote Windows desktop over SSH from DeepSeek Harness: app_list/app_launch, screen_shot, screen_read (UI Automation), and click/type/scroll/key — every mutating action gated by approval, delivered without stealing foreground focus, with stale-observation rejection and process-identity checks.
