Simulated-restart test plugin for DeepSeek Harness: validates that a plugin survives a process restart (module eval → shape → apply → smoke run → dispose → clean exit) in an isolated subprocess, without actually restarting DSH. A resident watcher auto-tests plugins on install/modify/remove and pushes failure diagnostics back to the agent until all pass.
