配置（Config）

字段	默认	说明
`requestTimeoutMs`	`300000`	单个 `secret_request` 等待人工确认的上限（也是工具 `timeoutMs` 的基础，工具自身总在上层超时前返回）。
`maxPendingRequests`	`4`	同时等待人工确认的授权请求数上限，超出返回 `TOO_MANY_PENDING`。
`attachTtlMs`	`1800000`	人类已填入、但从未随消息发送的附加项在内存里保留多久（30 分钟）后被丢弃。暂存从不等于授权：等待期间不注入任何变量，这个上界正是"值不会在长命进程里无限期滞留"的保证。
`maxAttachmentsPerSession`	`8`	单个会话同时可持有的已登记附加项上限。

四个键都必须是正整数：schema 的 .default() 之外，assertConfig 再手工兜一层（非正整数直接抛错）。
