Liquid-energy task HUD for DeepSeek Harness: a topmost desktop capsule that mirrors the active session's todo progress, with a hover percentage and a click-to-expand task card. Appears only when the workbench is minimized or covered by a fullscreen window, and stays out of screenshots. 适合Windows用户在最小化DSH工作台时，仍需在桌面置顶查看任务进度和待办卡片。

- 悬停胶囊：
3/5↔60%切换。 - 单击胶囊：展开 / 收起任务卡。
- 按住拖动：拖到任意位置，松手即记住（
overlay-pos.json）。 - 任务完成后：满格 → 对勾 → 6.5 秒后回到「待命」。
- 进行中但还没写 todo 时：胶囊显示「进行中」，液体呼吸但不虚构百分比。
- 工作台恢复前台后：桌面胶囊自动隐藏，直到下次最小化或被全屏窗口盖住。
