Including skill libraries from elsewhere
Scan roots are fixed to DSH's own two skills roots: ~/.dsh/skills and
~/.agents/skills. To bring a library from elsewhere (e.g. D:\path\to\skills)
into the catalog, link it in — no code changes needed:
