Host-side state service for the Whale Pet. Listens to agent/status, tools/pre-execute, and tools/result, keeps the live execution status plus a small recent-activity ring, and exposes a read-only @Remote('state') snapshot for the client surface.
Whale Pet 的 Host 状态服务：监听 agent/status、tools/pre-execute、tools/result，维护实时执行状态与最近活动环形缓冲，并通过 @Remote('state') 暴露只读快照给客户端。
