Adds a true delete-session capability to the dsh web GUI (today only rename / fork / archive exist): a per-session danger action in the conversation header that removes the session's workspace accounting, archive-set entry, in-memory store row, and its durable event log on disk. Running sessions are refused for safety.

Keeps the outermost dsh workspace groups ordered by their newest child-session activity: every committed session event refreshes the owning workspace's recency rank and the plugin rewrites the durable registry order through the official insertBefore API (the same path a manual drag uses), so the sidebar reshuffles live and the order survives restarts. Host-only: the GUI already reacts to the workspace-changed broadcast, no browser bundle needed.
