Configuration

Read per request, so editing a file takes effect without a server restart.

Resolution order per value:

an environment variable (WORKBOARD_*)
this package's .env (beside index.js, git-ignored — copy .env.example)
$WORKBOARD_ENV_FILE, when you point it at an env file you already manage
