Resolution order per value:
- an environment variable (
WORKBOARD_*) - this package's
.env(besideindex.js, git-ignored — copy.env.example) $WORKBOARD_ENV_FILE, when you point it at an env file you already manage~/.dsh/workboard.json- a built-in default
